  John Henry Mallard still lives

  On Bradford Mountain

A ride through Bradford Mountain up county road 1101 in 2011 gives a much different view than the middle 1900s. The view from the road is mostly trees, some pasture land and a few houses sprinkled here and there. You would never imagine the family homes and farms that once existed there with a great number of children and a school. John Henry Mallard grew up there.
